Abridge Academy Intro

Abridge Academy Curriculum

Designed specifically for online learning, the Abridge Academy curriculum provides children aged 5-16 with highly interactive and engaging lessons, while following a structured step- by-step approach.

Abridge Academy covers multiple learning areas, including: Vocabulary and grammar, Speaking and listening, Reading and phonics, Writin. The curriculum is aligned with the internationally recognised and research-based CEFR levels, the basis for most national curricula and international exams such as the Cambridge English
qualifications.

Encouraging A Flipped Approach

Our class and course will encourage a flipped learning approach, proven to maximise progress by combining preview tasks and review activities, so lesson time can focus on the application of new language skills.

Before class, your child can preview the lesson slides to practice new vocabulary, grammar, reading and listening:
– Listen to and repeat the audio recordings
– Review the new grammar points and example sentences
– Read the dialogues or stories

Courses for Junior Levels

Students will be able to:
Understand and use 200-250 new words. Engage in simple conversations around themselves, likes and dislikes, fruits, weather, toys, family, school, town, directions, helping others, the weather, clothes, school activities, hobbies, their home, eating out, and travel. Conjugate regular and common irregular verbs in the present simple. Answer yes / no questions with be / can / do and open questions with what / which / where / who / when. Create sentences ni the present simple and present continuous tenses. Use adjectives, possessives, object pronouns, dates, negatives, simple modal verbs, comparatives and superlatives, ordinal numbers, verbs, imperatives, prepositions, gerunds, quantifiers, connectives and relative pronouns.

Courses for Senior Levels

Students will be able to:
Understand and use 250 new words. Engage in conversations about daily activities, sports, travel, competitions, shopping, health and nature. Create extended sentences. Conjugate regular and common irregular verbs in the past simple. Give suggestions. Use comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs, conjunctions, sequence adverbs, and relative clauses.

Our extension courses extend your child’s learning beyond the core lessons or their school curriculum. We may incorporate these into your child’s learning plan or offer these as optional extra classes. The extension courses are available for beginner to advanced levels. They provide students with additional practice to develop specific English skills or explore their wider interests.

Easy Peasy Learning | Interactive ESL curriculum

Easy Peasy Learning is an interactive online curriculum that provides over 300 ESL (English as a Second Language) lessons. We will use the lessons material including “Book Based Supplementary Lessons”, “Reward Games” and other available curriculum.

Our English program provides a complete online curriculum from preschool through 8th grade. This curriculum covers subjects like reading, writing, speaking, phonics, vocabulary and more.

Easy Peasy Learning 2

Our Custom Program suit for children from preschool through primary school, high school and University student

Preschool and Kindergarten: We can teach preschool and kindergarten student and help them to focus on tasks like: preparing children to read independently and teaching skills to them like the alphabet, pre-math, and pre-writing.

Elementary/Middle School (K-8): We are able to provide a complete online curriculum for subjects like reading, writing, speaking, phonics and vocabulary.

High School or above: Our program is made custom to the need of elder student for the sake of improving their specific skills and help them to tackle in-school examinations, IELTS, TOEFL and university entry examinations.
